Is the following paragraph grammatically correct?

My basic temperament

I am a down to earth person with full of cheerful temperament. In life, little things make me happy such as a long walk on a sunny day. Whenever I learn new things in life, however small it is, it gives me great satisfaction. I always try never to create trouble for others. Whenever any conflicts arise in life, I deal with those conflicts with patience. At any point of time in life whenever I feel I am right, I stand by with my point by being assertive but If I feel that I am wrong, I don't feel shy to admit my mistake.

Since you started the sentence with the plural "little things," you need to stick with that. If you had said "a little thing," then the singular verbs and pronouns after it would have been fine.

I'd use "patiently" rather than "with patience". I'd use "stand my ground", not "stand my point". The latter isn't used in BrE.

As far as I know, that's not an English phrase. Neither is "stand by my point".
