I think "too much candy" is grammatically correct because "much" is, as opposed to "many", placed before uncountable nouns.
However, I found a song called "Too Much Candies". Also, on the Internet, there are some examples of "too much candies".
While "much candy" is the majority, can "much candies" be used depending on the context or something?
