This is to certify that Mr Jony completed the course with on certificate for Graphic Design Course.

Is the sentence correct? If so I don't understand why "With" and "On" are used together!
I do not clearly understand the meaning of this sentence.
How to write the sentence more clearly?

This is to certify that Mr Jony completed the course with a certificate for Graphic Design.

Is this sentence supposed to be written on the certificate? If so, I suggest you use this template:

This is to certify that NAME has completed a course in NAME OF COURSE at NAME OF INSTITUTION
