1. Today we are going to move in a new flat.
2. I will move out to a new flat after tomorrow morning.
 
Abe: Today we are going to move into a new flat.
Bob: That's good. Do you have any help?
Abe: Yes, my brother's going to help.

Ann: I will move to a new flat after tomorrow morning.
Barbara: Do you mean you will be doing it in the afternoon?
Ann: Yes, that's what I mean.
 
Note that we wouldn't normally say "after the morning" when we really mean "in the afternoon".

I can't say the following.

I will do it the morning after tomorrow.

I will have it done by the morning after tomorrow.
 
I guess you mean:

I will do it the day after tomorrow.
 
I will do it the day after tomorrow in the morning.
 
I will do it the day after tomorrow in the afternoon.
