As you know our company motor insurance policy is going to expire on 30 June 2011. Accordingly the administration department has designed a new form, which is to be filled up by indivituals to renew their personal vehicles.

Kindly submit the completed form to the administration department no later than 20 June 2011 so we can proceed insurance renewal.
