Most of the times, the site work always starts and finish differ than our office regular time. The site working schedule based on the site urgency and time constraint for project handover.
As per our new system, they will have to come to the office for login and logout into the system before and after the site working hours respectively.
We understand that new biometric system is meant for attendance and punctuality. So, do they really need to login and logout into the system when they have an additional work during the holidays and weekends?

Please confirm how to proceed the hours in timesheet journal. Will it be as per the hours recorded in the biometric system?

Please help me to correct these sentences.

It is clocking in and out. Is the biometric system meant for that purpose?
Who is writing the letter and to whom?

[STRIKE]So,[/STRIKE] Do they really need to [STRIKE]login and logout into[/STRIKE] log in and out of the system when they [STRIKE]have an[/STRIKE] do additional work during the holidays and weekends?

Please confirm how to [STRIKE]proceed[/STRIKE] process/show the hours in timesheet journal. [STRIKE]Will it be as per[/STRIKE] Should they match the hours recorded in the biometric system?

Note my changes above. You definitely need to learn the difference between "log in/log out" (verbs) and "login/logout" (nouns).

I don't understand why workers wouldn't need to use the new system at weekends and during holidays. If the new system requires workers to use the biometric system, surely they'll have to do it every time they come to work.

Also note that I have changed your thread title. Titles should include some/all of the words/phrases you're asking us about. "Time management", your original title, appeared nowhere in your thread.

Yes, it is a biometric attendance device. The letter from site management to HR department.

Or just HR with no need for the definite article.
