We say "I have more than one friend" or "I have more than one claim" but what verb should we use after these for example.

1) More than one people "has been fired" or "have been fired".

2) More than one one "ID is listed" or "are listed" under your name.

You need the singular form of the verb.

I don't know how many times I've started a response to you with "How many times have we told you ...?", but I'm about to do it again.

How many times have we told you that the abbreviation for "identity [card/document]" is "ID" (capital letters), not "id", which is a word with its own meaning?
