"More important than..." in my sentence.

Hello.

All the three sentences are mine. I changed the first sentence into the sentences #2 and #3. I think the first sentence is wrong.
1. "The rights of non-smokers are more important than smokers."

2. "The rights of non-smokers are more important than those of smokers."

3. "The rights of non-smokers are more important than the rights of smokers."
I also wanted to add "because they harm our health." Or "because they harm the health of those who don't smoke", "because they harm the health of smokers."

Why is it wrong to say "All the three sentences"? Or for example, "All the three books are mine."
We don't know which three books you're talking about.

Well, we don't say it that way. You could say:

All three books are mine.

Or:

All three sentences are mine.
