"Just mooch around and watch the telly."

Does this mean roam around?

What are the differences between mooch around, mooch along and mooch about?

Because I don't really see a difference..

Often around and about are just alternative forms of the same phrasal verb. Here, I think it's being used to me that the person is going to stay in, do nothing and just watch TV.

I have heard/used "mooch around" and "mooch about" but never "mooch along".

I always thought of mooching as a rather mobile verb, like browsing, strolling, exploring. Just me.
