...are the best ways of overcoming stress? I need some help with this essay. :)

There is no doubt that more and more people are living stressful lives these days. However, there are some tips one can use to reduce stress levels and live calmer and happier life.

First of all, people should indulge themselves in physical activities. The good influence of such activities is scientifically proven. The hormones of stress such as adrenaline and cortisol are reduced by doing physical activities. For that reason, doing different kind of sports such as swimming, kick box, running or just rambling can make human’s body feel calmer and freed from worries. This is one of the ways in which people can alleviate their anxiety.

Secondly, people should get enough sleep. Lack of sleep can cause serious problems for one’s organism. In order to avoid such obstacles, people should get enough sleep at night – eight hours is the required minimum for adolescent. Not staying awake all night long is another way for human beings to protect themselves from stress.

Lastly, people should spend time with their beloved ones and do the thing they really enjoy. This is probably the best stress prevention. Being at home, sharing moments with family and friends, laughing and talking freely for everything can make one’s mind free and body calm and released from stressful thoughts. In addition, one can do the things he or she loves such as reading books, playing games, talking about what inspires him or her. In this way, people succeed in overcoming stress and are more likely to deal with it in the future.

In conclusion, stress is an intrinsic part of our everyday life. However, we can learn how to handle stress by making a little change in our lives. Including physical activities to our daily routine, getting enough sleep and spending more time with our favourite people, doing the things we love, are simple but effective ways of overcoming stress.

For the second paragraph, what would be a better way to phrase the first sentence?

..can do to overcome stress is to... (not "can do for..")
"Indulge" doesn't go with physical activities. Try "involve" or "engage".
There are two spelling mistakes.

I would merge those two sentences. Perhaps:

The first thing people can do to reduce stress is become more physically active.
 
Second paragraph. Third sentence. Delete one word.

Second paragraph. Say:

The hormones of stress such as adrenaline and cortisol are reduced by exercise.

And:

For that reason, doing different kinds of sports such as swimming, kick boxing, running, or just walking around can make a person feel calmer and less anxious.

And:

Exercise is one way to reduce stress.
 
Next paragraph. Perhaps:

People who work while sleep-deprived tend to make more mistakes. Sleep-deprived individuals also have more automobile accidents.

And:

Getting enough sleep is one way to avoid becoming overstressed.
 
Next paragraph. Perhaps:

People should spend time with their loved ones and do things they really enjoy.
 
What is meant by "talking freely for everything"?
 
I mean that when people are around their friends and family they express their thoughts and opinions without fear of being judged.
 
They feel they can speak freely about anything.
 
Say:

In this way, people succeed in overcoming stress and are more likely to deal with it successfully in the future.
 
Final paragraph. Perhaps:

Stress is an intrinsic part of our daily lives. However, we can manage stress by making a few small changes. We need to include physical activities in our daily routines, get enough sleep, and spend more time with our favorite people doing the things we love -- simple but effective ways of managing stress.
