Meaning of '[fetch'

If I drive from home to my son's school to pick him up and drive him home, I can say "I fetch my son home." Correct me if I am wrong.

If I leave my office to pick up my son and go home with him in my car, can I say "I fetch my son home"?

You can fetch your son from school, but you bring/take him home.
