What do "Masters" and "Bechelors" mean? Do they mean "(a) master(')s (degree)" and "(a) bachelor(')s (degree)" respectively?

I think that they should have at least added the apostrophes or that they could have simply deleted the two "s".

Edit: deleted the comma before "or".
