I have to reply back to an email stating that Manoj and me( i or me or myself!!) are ok with the 10 AM meeting.

Should I write it as : Manoj and I are ok with the 10 AM call
or
Manoj and myself are ok..
or
Manoj and I are ok...

Please reply asap! I have no time to google

Your first example is fine but "call" if it's a telephone conference call and "meeting" if it's a face-to-face session.

10 a.m. is okay for both of us.
10 a.m. is okay for Manoj and me.
Both of us will be available for a 10 a.m. meeting.
Both of us will be available for a meeting at 10 a.m.
