Hi.

1- It makes me nervous talking to you.
2- It makes me nervous to talk to you.

The second one is OK, I think but I am not sure about the first one. Should I use an infinitive and also a gerund after the structure - (make someone adj.) ?
 
Well, you can make people feel a lot of things. As for your example, I would say:

Talking to you makes me nervous.
