Can all these terms be used here?

Ronnie is a .................. He can't even boil an egg or open a can of ravioli but he has a genial woman in his house who fries schnitzels and caramelizes yummy fruits for him.

In what real-life situation are you planning to use this? Why do you feel the need to say anything other than "Ronnie is very lucky". Is this woman his partner, his housekeeper, his housemate? Does he eat only schnitzels and caramelised fruit?

Your posts are still very bizarre and bring up more questions than are initially asked.
 
No she's not his partner or housekeeper, she just lives on the same floor. Ronnie used to be a rich man but lost everything and now he can't afford going to restos anymore.
 
I think in that context any of them would be understood.

Are we finished with this one?
