Subject: Lost Camera
Dear Manager,
I’m Alessandra and two months ago I made a reservation at your hotel for me and my husband (Confirmation no. …… ).
We stayed at your hotel from April 30 to May 13. Our room number was 156.
Unfortunately, when I arrived home I found out that my digital camera was missing.
I remember using it during my last day of vacation and I’m sure it was in the hotel room at the time I was preparing the luggage before leaving the hotel. If I’m not wrong, I think I might have seen it on the desk near the window.
The camera’s model is Samsung XP8 and the color is grey. It has some scratches on the front side and a blue stain on the back.
I would be glad if you could check the room no. 156 and let me know if my camera is still there or if someone of your staff has seen it.
Furthermore, I would really appreciate if we could make arrangement to ship the camera back to me here in Italy. If you want I can ask a courier to take care of collection and shipment. Of course, I will pay all the costs.
It’s really important for me to have the camera back not only because all pictures of my vacation in Greece are in it, but especially because it contains some of my wedding photos.
Therefore, I hope you will take prompt care of my request and I look forward to hearing from you soon.
