Looking for a good TESOL/TEFL magazine/journal.

I'm looking for an EFL/ESOL teaching magazine. I've seen one called English Teaching Professional. Does anyone else subscribe to this? Any other suggestions?

EL Gazette is quite different from English Teaching Professional, as it focuses mainly on industry news, whereas ETP is mainly practical teaching advice. EL Gazette is also available online for free. The most similar to ETP is Modern English Teacher, and many schools get both. There's also ELT Journal for more theoretical and controversial stuff.
