Most mistakes or bad things we do we cannot take back or undo. That is just how it is. Words can be terrible weapons and once something has been said it cannot be unsaid. So always think before you speak or take a time out if angry. So the question you pose is not unusual. Look objectively at what you did and why you did it. Then think about how you could of handled the situation to have a better outcome. Acknowledge this mistake and use it to learn what not to do in the future. Also look to forgive yourself. You are human as we all are and we make mistakes.
