Excuse me. Is it correct to say ' Her eyes take after her mum'?

Sorry the topic is take after. I' ve written look after by mistake.
 
No. You can say she takes after her mum (BrE) /mom (AmE). To comment on one feature, you can say she has her mother's eyes.
