Hi.
I've got some trouble understanding the following conversations.
1. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5kwO8WMlWWM#t=5m21s
The pirate:________________________________. Can I have a lift?
2. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5kwO8WMlWWM#t=8m12s
The lady:________________________________, isn't it?
3. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5kwO8WMlWWM#t=8m46s
The lady: He's been waiting for us all this time.
If I'm correct, why use "all this time" instead of "all the time" as there is only definition of the latter in the dictionary.
Would you help me fill in the blanks and answer my question?
