List of IPA teacher, where we can find IPA teacher

I would like to know if it exists a list of teacher with the IPA qualification.
On internet there is no information about the english with a teacher with IPA.

I will be glad if someone could give me some information about that or a link with all school.

IPA can stand for a number of things- which qualification are you referring to?

In the context of teaching English, jeanbaptiste is probably referring to the International Phonetic Association Certificate of Proficiency in The Phonetics of English, which some of us have.
