After the verb LINK do I use the word WITH or the word TO? IS it LINKED TO or LINKED WITH?

Use only ‘to’ after the verb ‘link’ as:
The new bridge will link the island to the mainland.
But if the verb is ‘link up’ then use ‘with’
The company will soon link up with a hotel chain.
