In a Youtube video, a person said:

“Some of the items may not be available but do not worry, I will link similar.”

Is it grammatically correct to say, “I will link similar.”?

Or should she have said I will link similar items.

It's okay, but it also doesn't hurt to add a direct object, such as 'items', 'things', or even 'products', etc.

It's just wrong to me.

It sound like this may have been written by a non-native speaker. I don't think do not worry sounds very natural. Even if it was written by a native speaker, it isn't grammatical. At best, it's very informal note form.

Talab1234, are you really an Abkhazian living in Afghanistan?

Does it mean they will send similar items to the ones not available? If so, I would worry.
