[FONT=&#48148]Firstly, it requires the movement of legs and arms to play drums You feel it easy to move arms and legs separately. But the problem is that you have to move legs and arms individually at same time. It’s the hardest thing to divide the movements of legs and arms, but some geniuses can do that. But most drummers practice hard the routine simultaneous movements of arms and legs.

Secondly, drum sounds guide the band’s performance speed. So the drummer has to keep the speed of the music score. Like the ability to move arms and legs separately, someone has the gift of keeping the beat. But most amateur drummers practice a lot to cover up the beat speed issue.

Are the underlined parts correct?

I would say:

The drummer keeps the beat.

It is not, I think, a special talent to be able to move our arms and legs separately. We do it all the time. What about, for example, driving a car?

Or:

The drummer sets the tempo.

Perhaps:

Drummers practice and practice to get it right.

(Throw that second sentence out.)

Playing the drums

I don't know what "beat speed issue" means, but I am not a musician. (Maybe it really is a "thing".)

For "beat speed issue", I think if the drummer gets behind the designated beat speed of the score, the performance will be ruined.
So he or she has to keep the speed well.

Re: Playing the drums

I googled "beat speed" and I ran across some interesting things about beat, rhythm, and tempo.

Guess what I didn't find?
:)

Re: Playing the drums

I think the word you're looking for is tempo.

tempo
MUSIC
the speed at which a passage of music is or should be played.

I changed like this sentence to make it more clear. Is this proper?

Like the ability to move arms and legs separately,
=> As is the case with the ability to move arms and legs separately,

I thought we had covered that. The ability to move your arms and separately is not a special talent.

Drummers practice. Everybody practices. That's not special either. It's just something you do to be sure you get it right.

The drummer keeps the beat, or tempo

Are there some people who don't have to practice? (I don't think so.)
