Could you please correct my letter? Please also guide me how can I write it in a better way.
This is to inform that all Staff, Supervisor, Foreman and Workers shall work minimum 12 hours including Sundays(6 Hours) as our project dead line is 31 Dec 2015. We are also going to start night shift soon. All Project team members should deliver their daily tasks without fail and reworks. As per the management instructions whoever having fixed salary contract are eligible to get bonus upon successful completion of the project. Anyone refuse to work on the specified working hours will be terminated from the Civil Division immediate. No vacation is allowed until the completion of all activities.
Your kind cooperation and seriousness is vital at the moment for the successful completion of the project. This is the last project to survive Civil Division in our company if we complete within the above dead line.
