At my working place there is serious issue regarding connectivity so i have required to inform this matter to my higher authoriry.
Please guide me how to write inter office letter regarding connectivity issue.

Note my corrections above. "Inter-office" is unusual but it's understandable. I might use "inter-departmental", but I would probably just say "a letter".

We don't write letters for people here. Try to write the letter yourself, post it in this section and then we will look at it.
