Letter to a sick teacher.

One of my old teachers (one that I was very close to and who helped me greatly!) was found to have breast cancer last week. I want to write her a personal letter but i am not sure how to write such a letter. Any advice? Example?

It's not the kind of letter someone else should write. Write from the heart, mean what you say (say what you mean). Your teacher will appreciate the letter even if it is full of errors!

Just write what you really want to tell her. To be honest, she will be so touched and so grateful that you thought to write to her.
