I’d like to inform you that I had applied for the position of Network/Systems Administrator online as you requested.

I'm not so sure if this sentence is the correct past tense, please tell me the correct one? I just like to inform them that I already apply the posted job online or through their website. Thank you a millions :)

Amendments above. It should be the present simple, and I would advise against using contractions such as "I'd" in a formal business email.
