Lieutenant Kellaway to Ipkiss while knocking at the door: Ipkiss, I know you're in there. Open up. Come on. I'm getting blisters on my fingers. Let's go! Ipkiss! Move it!("move it" implies "hurry up open the door")

Could someone please tell me the meaning of "let's go" in the given context?

PS: He(Lt. Kellaway) just wants to interrogate Ipkiss about some robbery(They're not going anywhere).

"Let's go" means it is time to move now, no more delays or interruptions, the time to do it is now.

Dorian wasn't going with them then why he used "let's go"?

I think in that context, "let's go" means "Quit wasting time".

Am I right?

"Wotcha"is an informal greeting sometimes used in BrE, normally used by friends and family.
