Of the following sentences, which one is correct?

1) He was advised to be more cautious lest he should robbed again.

2) He was advised to be more cautious lest he be robbed again.
 
Of the following sentences, which one is correct?

1) He was advised to be more cautious lest he should be robbed again.

2) He was advised to be more cautious lest he be robbed again.
Now they're both correct.
 
Even with the correction, I'm not keen on sentence 1.
