Hello,
I want to ask whether anyone has a 10-week lesson plan for elementary level. Secondly, what is the best book for English starters especially for kids group?

It's not a lesson plan that you need, but a course syllabus.

You're not going to get anyone here to simply tell you what to teach. It should be up to the person who's taking the money for the course to provide the syllabus.

There is no such thing as a 'best book'. What materials you use depends on the content of the course.

I agree- schools should write the syllabus for each level. If an institute is asking you to provide a syllabus, especially if you are new to teaching, I would advise caution.
