You've been to a recent job interview, in which you were told that it would be necessary to write messages in English? I suppose you are assuming that you will not get this job, and are wanting to know how to prepare for such a job in the future. Is that the case?

Your best plan would be simply to improve your written English. You should be reading samples of good business English, as well as good English generally.
Even short messages must accurately convey the correct information unambiguously.

Thank you very much. It was very helpful.

I meant letters

If you have all the other skills they need for the job and you do get the job, you could ask if your company could send you to a writing/grammar course as part of your professional development.

You have been given some good advice. Please also see the corrections that I have made to your original post. As you can see, your punctuation needs some work.

When writing in English, it is very important to:

- start every sentence with a capital letter
- end every sentence with a full stop or relevant punctuation mark
- take care with articles

All of these will help you in your next job interview.
