Is my use of present perfect continuous correct if I am talking about an unfinished action? It's not an ongoing action at the time of speaking, though. I mean I started watching them and it's a new "habit". Is either "lately" or "recently" correct? Would present perfect also work with either "lately" or "recently"?

1. "Lately/recently, I have been watching movies with English subtitles."
2. "Lately/recently, I have watched movies with English subtitles." (It's an ongoing habit).

2. "Recently, I have watched movies with English subtitles."
Use the first one to describe habitual behavior. With the second one you did in the recent past, but you are not doing it now.
