I am a host of an English club. This English club is just for kids. It is held every week so I invite a guest every week. This week, I want to ask Kris to see if he wants to come:

Kris, would you like to join our English club for kids?

Is my question natural?

See above.

It seems fine to me.

For info, Silver, I changed "join" to "come to" because the people you would invite to join are kids. If you're inviting an adult guest to come along to the club for the evening, you're just asking them if they want to come with you.

Join the club means "become a member". It does not mean "attend". Never use "join" when you mean "attend".

You can say something like Would you like to join us at our English Club meeting?
