Hello.

Are the following sentences grammatically correct?


"Kevin walked to the closet and took out an old metal box. He carefully opened the box. After Scavenged between ancient objects, Kevin placed a wooden amulet around his neck."

See above. I probably wouldn't use "scavenging" though. Did you look up the definition of the word? I'd probably use something like "... after sorting through the ancient objects ..." or "... after rooting around among the ancient objects ...".
