Of the following sentences, which should I write?

1) You must keep abreast of the times.

2) You must keep pace with the times.

3) You must keep abreast with the times.

2 makes sense.
3 is incorrect.
1 is odd. We usually use "keep abreast of" with things of a shorter duration than "the times". You might "keep abreast of the news on Covid-19", for example. In BrE, you'll also hear "stay abreast of".
