Now, could you tell me what these sentences mean?


"He would be taught to turn away wrath with a swift sword". The word or phrase "a swift sword" don't appear in the dictionary. And

"Not channelled along some pre-ordained path"

You have been asked not to use your user name as a title for your questions. "With a swift sword" would have been a good title for this one.
