I would use "professions" for doctors, teachers and pilots and occupation or trade for tailors.

I would use "occupations" if I could only choose one. Note that, not only do we not put a space before commas, we do end every sentence with a punctuation mark. Love-you-mom - you needed a full stop at the end of each one of your sentences in all your posts (no space before a full stop either).
