Please tell me if my understanding is correct.
1)Jack has jogged every day for five years. Jogging helps him keep fit.
“Jogging” happens regularly from five years ago to the present.
Jack is not jogging now.

2)Tom has been jogging for six years. Jogging helps him keep healthy.
“Jogging” happens repeatedly from six years ago to the present.
Tom is jogging now.
 
It's very hard to say, but I don't think so, no.

I can't really see what you do and don't understand. I don't know why you think Tom and Jack are not jogging now, or what the difference between 'regularly' and 'repeatedly' is.
