Hello, everyone. Do we need "the" here if we are referring to tourists in general? The superlative "most" is causing confusion.

It's the tourists' most favorite spot.

The definite article is fine there.

By the way, some would say that strictly speaking "favourite" is not gradable, but plenty of people use "most favourite".
 
I would remove "most".
 
You could say:

It's the favorite spot for tourists.
