I heard /bén/ sound for "been", but I heard /bɪn/ so far, which one do you use in North America?

I'm not American, but the American speakers I've heard have said /bɪn/. I'm not sure what you mean by '/bén/'. [bén] does have a meaning as an IPA transcription, but I've never met it as a representation of 'been'. /bi:n/ is used to show contrastive stress (in Am E and Br E): 'I've been to France, but I've never lived there.'
