Does a woman (blonde) say "...be great to have"at 00:12? I would like to check this as original subtitles refer to "It'll be great" but I hear as "be great" so that "it'll be" is not pronounced.

You heard it correctly. She doesn't actually say "It'll", just "Be great". That's very common in spoken English. I imagine the writers of the subtitles were aiming to be clear for non-English speakers.
