However, the facts of the matter are very unclear- has the UK fully left yet? People have different views on the issue, and not just between those pro- and anti- views. Negotiations continue and the NI Protocol means that, at present, it's hard to consider the UK to be fully out. It's an incredibly complex issue that is likely to drag on for years and years. And years and years. And then some. And some more.
