"It seems..." and "Apparently..." in daily conversation

Do native speakers use "It seems..." and "Apparently..." in daily conversation (not in writing)?
For example, when you are chatting your friend at a coffee shop and telling her that you overslept, would these sentences natural?

1. It seems I turned my alarm off without realizing it.
2. Apparently, I turned my alarm off without realizing it.

If not, please tell me how to say it naturally.
