Hi,

Are these sentences correct?

It has not rained for a long time.
It has not rained since long.

Can I also say: "There has been no rain for a long time/since long"?

The ones with 'since long' are incorrect.

If you use "since", you need to use a specific timeframe.

It hasn't rained since Tuesday.
It hasn't rained since February.
It hasn't rained since 1978.
It hasn't rained since my birthday.

It hasn't been raining for a long time.
Can we use the continous form?

Not a teacher.
