It’s a disadvantage that I don’t know how to drive a car.
I read this sentence in an exercise book. I consulted several dictionaries but couldn’t find the pattern of ‘It’s a disadvantage that...’ I could only find sentences like this: It’s a disadvantage not to be able to drive a car. I wonder if the pattern of ‘It’s a disadvantage that...’ OK or not.
