It´s correct?

I would use the present perfect 'It has been' instead of 'It's', but I am not a teacher.

I would accept your sentence.

It´s a long time since I last heard from you.

Is it correct?
It is with a full stop (period) at the end.

Please note my amendment to your question.

Everybody has an opinion.
