It was a pleasure meeting everybody and I had such an amazing time on my trip to NYC that I'm moving to NYC early next year.

Yes, but I'd suggest dropping the "and" and making it two sentences.

I'd also suggest that you drop the second "to NYC", and replace it with "there".
