Is the following sentence in the correct form?

If this restaurant is built in our neighborhood, I do not need to drive to far restaurants.

Thanks,
 
It is grammatically correct, but unnatural.

If this restaurant is built in our neighborhood, I will no longer need to drive to restaurants farther away.
