Is this sentence grammatically correct? Please help.

Nowdays we have received the ABC scheduled(daily) report at 8.45 PM(Indian time). This time I am not in the office(I left the office). So I have created the ticket(issue) next day only.
Could you please change the schedule report timing little bit earlier(Previously we have received this report at 3 o clock in Indian time) . so that I can create the ticket the same day.
